Job Responsibilities

• Perform electrical estimating with strong understanding of project scheduling, bidding, contract terms, and change orders
• Manage or support commercial electrical projects in roles such as Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, or Project Engineer
• Apply experience in the commercial electrical industry (preferred but not required)
• Use estimating software (McCormick preferred) and work confidently in Excel and Word

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to listen, collaborate, and communicate clearly with field teams, management, and clients
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced work environment
• Proven ability to work well with others and contribute to shared goals
• Skilled at building and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering high-quality service
• Clear understanding of how to complete projects on time, within budget, and to specification
